THE ARGENTINE SENIOR'S WOMEN TEAM STARTS ITS LAST THREE MATCHES AT THE 2011 FIVB WORLD CUP IN TOKYO

Classical South American clash: Argentina v Brazil in Tokyo

Tokyo, Japan, November 15, 2011 - A new participation of the Argentine Senior's Women Team among the best teams of the World comes to and end starting this Wednesday at 6.20 Argentine time when the team coached by Horacio Bastit faces its "classical" South American rival, Brazil in the last round of the FIVB World Cup, with the 12 teams playing in Tokyo. Then, Argentina will face Serbia closing against South Korea.

All matches will take place at the Metropolitan Gym with the Argentine delegation arriving to this city as soon as they finish the third round in Okayama already training in Tokyo.

The light blue - white team arrives to this point standing on the 8th place with a record of 3-5 (overcame Dominican Republic, Algeria and Kenia) and even though its new rivals are very strong their realities at this competition are very similar with the champion Brazil only two places over Argentina with a record of 5-3.

Bastit meanwhile at the Final Press Conference expressed: "I am happ and satisfied with the three victories but not with the way the girls played. They did much better at the Grand Prix. What is left will be very hard and we will try to do our utmost. Brazil is a very strong team and it will be very hard".
