THE ARGENTINE SENIOR'S MEN TEAM ARRIVED TO JAPAN TO PARTICIPATE OF THEIR 2011 FIVB WORLD CUP THIS SUNDAY ONWARDS

Argentina training already in Japan

Nagoya, Japan, November 16, 2011 - After a very long trip, the Argentine Senior's Men Team arrived to Japan to play at the FIVB World Cup together with the other 11 best teams of the World (Champion and best second runners of each continent, the organizer and two wild cards) in what means the first competition towards qualifying for the 2012 London Olympic Games. The light blue - white jersey team has its first match v Serbia on Sunday at 20.00 and previously will play some friendly matches.

The team coached by Javier Weber arrived and joint all players, some already playing at the Argentine A1 Men Teams League and others in European countries and therefore they do not only train at Toyota Gesei Training Centre but they will play two friendly matches against the host team Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.

In a round robin formula - all against all, Argentina will face after Serbia at Nippongaishi Hall the host team and Poland. Then, they will move to Osaka, Hamamatsu to end as the women's team is doing right now in the final round in Tokyo.
