THE ARGENTINE SENIOR'S MEN TEAM IS ALREADY IN NAGOYA FOR THE FIVB WORLD CUP

Argentina waits for its match v Serbia

Nagoya, Japan, November 18, 2011 - After working in Japan, the Argentine Senior's Men Team arrived to the Japan city where they will participate of the first pool of the fourth that include the best 12 teams of the World at the FIVB World Cup that also is the first 2012 London Olympic Games qualifying competition.

The team coached by Javier Weber will face in its first match on Saturday at 23.00 Argentine time Serbia in their debut of 11 consecutive very demanding matches.

The light blue - white jersey team was hosted at Nagoya Kanko Hotel of this city, waiting for the debut against Serbia, that also just arrived. The match will take place at Nagoya Nippongaishi Hall.

Weber team worked divided in two pools until getting together last Tuesday. Rodrigo Quiroga, Facundo Conte, Luciano De Cecco, Iván Castellani, Cristian Poglajen and Alexis González met in Italy last week and worked with Javier Weber and Juan Manuel Barrial while from Argentina travelled directly to Japan those players that participate of the Argentine League, that together with Federico Pereyra, worked since last Tuesday at Club Toyota Gosei.

On Friday noon time, the team arrived to the official Hotel and in the afternoon trained at the playing venue.

The team will go on training on Saturday morning (9:00 local time) and then will participate of the official General Meeting prior to the start of the competition.
