THE ARGENTINE JUNIORS START THEIR SEMI-FINAL A1 SENIORS LEAGUE PLAYING AGAINST THE TITLE HOLDER, BOCA JUNIORS

The light blue - white team and Boca will play their first two matches in Almirante Brown

Almirante Brown, Argentina, February 17, 2012 - The ACLAV Argentine A1 Senior Women League is coming to its end and this weekend semi-finals start with the girls coached by Guillermo Cáceres facing Boca, the undefeated 2012 team and title holder. The first two matches - to the best of five will be played in Almirante Brown field Saturday and Sunday.

Boca finished the regular season topping the ranking and having lost a single set. No doubt thinking on their goal of winning experience for their South American Championship, for the junior team it will be a great rival to face in three consecutive matches (at least) as the final qualified team will come out of the best of five matches.

The two first matches will start at 21.00 and on the following weekend when matches move to Los Toldos where the light blue - white jersey team plays at home. The fourth and fifth matches depend on the result of the first three but if the series is played to five matches, the last one returns to Almirante Brown (Boca home).

Almirante Brown is not only the place where Boca hosts its matches but also a venue related strongly to the national teams. There, the 2011 Boys's World Championship was held and during this 2012, the 2012 Olympic Qualification Competition for South America will take place next May.
