Rolando Cholakián, international referee named for London 2012

Córdoba, Argentina, March 12, 2012 - This last Saturday at the Córdoba Volleyball Federation an Homologation working date took place for Referees. About 60 referees were present listening to the lecturers of the international referees Marcelo Pierobón and Rolando Cholakián.

Córdoba Volleyball Federation President, Prof. Daniel Reynoso Arce welcomed the referees pointing out general guidelines of the organization wished for the new Province Referee Commission. At the same time, Reynoso expressed his ambition of "working all together for the improvement and growth of our sport".

The working date was divided in two. During the morning, the subjects were scoresheet, discipline and substitution, in charge of Pierobon. After a break for lunch in the afternoon it was time to listen to Cholakián (who was named for the 2012 London Olympic Games). He pointed out the importance of the appointment, behaviour, libero playing and the game protocol.

The date finished with two evaluations answered by every participant with the goal of knowing how much they know of the most difficult subjects. Prior to that date, on Friday night the General Meeting took place with the delegates of each League and Association with the idea of organizing a working table with meetings followed by the presentation of different problems trying to solve the same at the end.

Among the present officials were Andrés Tissera (south east), Pedro Vázquez (east), Luis Fernández (San Francisco) and Marcelo Pierobón (Córdoba Capital). The only absents were the Morterense League and the Interdepartamental.
