Meeting where the different materials were given to 10 different communitites

Mar del Plata, March 21, 2012 - The Buenos Aires Province Sport Secretariat together with the Buenos Aires Province Volleyball Federation handed over sport material to ten local communitities. The action, in Mar del Plata leaded by FeVA President, Juan Antonio Gutiérrez and the Centro de Desarrollo de Talentos del Vóley (CEDETALVO) goes towards the goal of developing volleyball in every possible level of the country.

The event took place at José María Minella Stadium, en Mar del Plata. Also it was confirmed a job started by the former FBV President, where teachers will receive finantial support on their volleyball job, offered by the Province Government.

At the meeting were the Sport Secretariat, Alejandro Rodríguez; the Sport Secretary of Affiliated Sports, Gabriel Salvia; FeVA President, Juan Antonio Gutiérrez; FBV Treasurer, Oscar Ben; the President of Mar del Plata Volleyball Association, Mario Ventos; EMDeR President, Horacio Taccone; and Buenos Aires Unidos players, Ihosvany Hernández and Martín Meana.

Also were present the sport directors of Lobería, Mar Chiquita, Pinamar, Miramar, Balcarce, Partido de la Costa, and CEDETALVO authorities, among others.

Rodríguez pointed out the importance of going on with the project started two years ago with the creation of Buenos Aires Unidos, a team that fights the top places of the best ACLAV Argentine A1 League. "For our governor, Daniel Scioli, sport is vital, knowing by own experience that leads to better health, education and work".

He also mentioned that the fact that the province government is engaged in this job makes it even more important. "We have to include more and more children, those talented and those not so that in every corner of the province volleyball becomes a very important sport that give children a new tool over entertainment in their lifes".
