New international experience for the Santa Fe team

Buenos Aires, Argentina, August 25, 2012 - This Sunday is the date where the Argentine Junior Beach Volleyball pair will leave towards their World Championship to be held at Halifax, Canada. Mateo Iwanowski from Rosario and Lisandro Rouzic from Santa Fe will once more wear the light blue - white jersey in a World Championship for grass-root categories.

The event, for Men teams will start on Wednesday, August 29th with previous interviews and the General Meeting while on the Main Draw will have its opening and there will be defending the Argentine colours for second time the team that represented the country at the Youth's Beach Volleyball World Championship last year in Umag, Croatia, finishing on the ninth place.

Teams will be divided in Pools of four pairs and the first three ranked teams of each pool will go on to single elimination with different paths according to their standing on the first round.

Halifax is a coast city and the biggest of New Scotland, chosen as a financial boost of great importance for the east part of Canada. At the same was also organized the 2011 Junior Beach Volleyball World Championship and therefore it will be, no doubt, a first class organized event.

The 24 pairs participating at the Main Draw are already qualified with some more as substitute teams. The Argentine team will fight, among others with international experienced teams that have participated already at the SWATCH-FIVB World Tour and that come different places as Mexico, Switzerland, Poland and Austria, all having already FIVB scoring.
