FeVA authorities meeting in Chapadmalal

Chapadmalal, Argentina, October 8, 2012 - The importance of the Argentine Cups will be measured on the long run. At the three U 18, U 16 & U 14 Cups - for the first time with record of teams participating and all held in the resort city of Chapadmalal, during a three week period allowed to carry out several meetings, add one venue to Argentine Volleyball as it is Miramar and showed a great support of all Province Federations and cities' Association, that arrive to compete but mainly to allow Argentine volleyball to grow and develop in the whole country, from North to South and East to West, with several clubs from little and big towns participating for the first time in such important tournaments.

This support included the presence of several Province Federation Presidents at the competitions as part of their delegations.

During the U 16 Argentine Cup, for example, the presence of so many province presidents and FeVA authorities, summon by the Argentine Volleyball Federation, Juan Antonio Gutiérrez together with its Treasurer, Juan Galeote, FeVA Under-Secretary Fabián Ramón and Under-Treasurer José María Cuadrillero.

Among the several Province Volleyball Federation Presidents, were present the one representing Entre Rios, Carlos Becker; the President of Salta Volleyball Association, Estela Isola; the President of San Luis Volleyball Federation, Fabio Irustia; the President of the La Pampa Volleyball Federation, Ariel Soncini; and the official of the Formosa Volleyball Union, Rolando Vitale.

They meet to discuss among others, official matters, future sport projects mentioning the management official standard level in the whole country, reinforcing the idea of training as main tool for the growth and improvement of the quality of each institution.

Gutiérrez head towards talking about his recent presence together with FeVA General Secretary and CDVB Director, Gabriel Salvia at the just finished FIVB World Congress in Anaheim, California, USA: "Argentina is one of the countries that has most respect in the world and we must work towards having trained officials permanently at FIVB's different committees and councils. People that know towards what they head and with an important point of view in the development of volleyball in our times and region" expressed FeVA President.
