Bochatay, Graça, Gutierrez and Salvia at the closing ceremony of the Symposium

Mar del Plata, July 23, 2013 - The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) President, Dr. Ary S. Graça Filho attended the third and last date of the International Coaches Symposium were over 280 coaches from different region countries participated of the training carried out by the FeVA, FSV and the CDRV FIVB-Feva in Argentina.

This Sunday ended at the same date, the FIVB World League Finals and the International Symposium held in Mar del Plata an the Brazilian Ary Graça, highest official of the International Volleyball Federation expressed his unquestionable support to the training of coaches.

Genaro Lopez was the first lecturer of Sunday's work. The person in charge of the statistics of the Argentine National Teams shared his work eplaining the importance of the statistics at the work of all coaching staff and how it is used to improve the output of the light blue - white jersey teams.

Then, the Coach of the Argentine Seniors' Men, Javier Weber, made a balance of his job and the players improvement while he has been during the last six years, in charge of the team. With his great experience he explained why he took different decisions together with the coaching team answering each of the questions made by the coaches participating at the Symposium.

The last lecture of the three days was in charge of Francisco Hervas (Instructor FIVB). It was his second presentation at the Symposium pointing out the different work to be done with different group of players.

The closing ceremony was in charge of Ary Graça, Juan Antonio Gutierrez (FeVA President), Fabian Bochatay (Santa Fe Volleyball Federation President) and Gabriel Salvia (FIVB-FeVA Argentine Volleyball Regional Development Centre Director). Graça, Gutierrez and Bochatay agreed on the importance of the work done together by South America aiming at the development of Volleyball in the Region, making emphazis on the importance of training as important and fundamental tool for all coaches in their sport growth.
