San Juan, Argentina, October 17, 2013 - The time for the main goal of the year for the Argentine Seniors' Women team has arrived. This Friday evening in the city of San Juan will start the World Championship 2014 Qualy among three countries with one berth left for South America. Argentina, Peru and Colombia will play with the winner participating together with Brazil - that won earlier in the year the South American Championship - at the most important FIVB competition of the 2014 year in Italy. The goal of Argentina is to return to this competition where in the year 2002 participated.

Three matches, one per day will give the champion at Aldo Cantoni Stadium. Peru and Colombia will play on Friday at 20.00, Argentina's first match will be on Saturday at 18.00 to end playing v Peru on Sunday at 21.00 live broadcast by TyCSports.

Argentina travelled last Monday to San Juan with 14 players. The coaching team headed by Guillermo Orduma will chose among them for each match. They are: Lucia Gaido, Yamila Nizetich, Sol Piccolo, Lucía Fresco, Daniela Gildenberger, Natalia Aispurua, Emilce Sosa, Viviana Dominko, Florencia Busquets, Leticia Boscacci, Tatiana Rizzo, Josefina Fernandez, Antonela Curatola and Yael Castiglione.

Peru meanwhile will participate with 13 players. Their roster includes the setters Shiamara Almeida, Zoila La Rosa and Alexandra Muñoz; the middle players Yulissa Zamudio, Clariveth Illescas and Mirtha Uribe; the opossite player Raffaella Camet; the wing spikers Karla Ortiz, Angélica Aquino, Ángela Leyva and Grecia Herrada; and two liberos, Vanessa Palacios and Fatima Acosta.

Colombia did not advise of their roster but among the Form O-2 shines their spiker Madelayne Montaño and repeats several of the players that travelled to Colombia to the South American Competition, including Yuranny Romaña, Martha Nieva, Mery Mancilla and Lorena Zuletar, that also participated in Argentina, Tortuguitas at the Qualy in the year 2009.

The Peruvian channel (www.frecuencialatina.com) will broadcast the matches in San Juan including at their website while Sunday's match will also be broadcasted by TyC Sports.
