Santa Fe, Argentina, January 26, 2014 - The first stop of the Argentine National Beach Volleyball Tour 2014 finished this Sunday evening with great success at Yandraq Resort in the city of Santa Fe with the victory of two very experienced teams (both genders). Among the women's Luciana Foguez-Gabriela Albano, former players of the Argentine team that were clue for the London Olympic Games 2012 Qualifications overcame Camila Hiruela-Irene Verasio 2-0 while Angel Verzzali-Alejandro Ronconi defeated Santiago Aulisi-Leandro Aveiro to win their title also in two sets.

The Bronze Medals were won by Benet-Fertonani (women's) and Leon-Biondi (men's).

In an outstanding summer afternoon Santa Fe enjoyed dazzling matches and two very similar final duels: two very experienced teams won the title facing in their final matches Juniors' with great future ahead of them. The competition was organized by the Santa Fe Volleyball Federation in charge of Fabian Bochatay.

Forguez-Albano, Champions

Forguez-Albano won the title by 21-12, 21-15 with great spiking and digging output while Verzzali-Ronconi could celebrate after a very demanding 39-31, 21-16. Therefore both players won for the first time a national title at the Argentine Tour.

Now the best beach Volleyball players will move to Cerrito, Entre Rios for the second stop of the Argentine National Beach Volleyball Tour 2014 that will include 15 stops all over the country in cities like Rada Tilly (Chubut), General Cabrera (Cordoba), Quilmes (Buenos Aires Province), Las Grutas (Rio Negro), Chos Malal (Neuquen), Tunuyan (Mendeoza), San Carlos (Mendoza), La Rioja (La Rioja), Corrientes (Corrientes), Goya (Corrientes), Chaco (Chaco), Salta (Salta) and Catamarca (Catamarca) are included until next May as venues of this year's competition.
