Buenos Aires, Argentina, May 8, 2014 - The Argentine Seniors' Men Team headed by Julio Velasco in their training towards a very demanding international season met the National and Local Media this Wednesday evening at Cenard facilities with most of Argentine FIVB World League 2014 Roster players and several more that expect the roster that will be part of the FIVB World Championship Poland 2014. It was the first official contact at this new Olympic Cycle with new coach and many returns.

Since last Monday already also train Pablo Crer, Facundo Conte, Nicolas Uriarte, Pablo Bengolea and Luciano De Cecco, that joint the national light blue - white team after finishing their Club's engagement all over the world.

UPCN players, that participate at the FIVB World Clubs Championship hold in Brazil, Martin Ramos, Sebastian Garroq, Javier Filardi and Demian Gonzalez will be part of the team in the next few days as the middle player Sebastian Sole, also playing with the Italian team Trentino, at the same competition.

The Argentine Team will play two friendly matches, May 19th - 20th v Tunisia National Team in Tigre and Almirante Brown as last preparing training for the FIVB World League, May 19th and 20th as on the same May 20th, Wednesday, the team headed towards the FIVB World League first weekend of the intercontinental round, the premier annual competition for men's club, will travel towards Mendoza to face France, May 24th - 25th.

Argentina as part of Pool D will play the first three weekends of the six already organized at home. The Debut will be in Mendoza, as on the last edition at Torito Rodriguez Stadium in the city of San Martin but last year they faced each other in Salta.

Salta will be the venue for the second weekend, Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st at Delmi Sport Centre facing Germany. The visiting team faced Argentina in Catamarca 2010 and Almirante Brown 2012.

Finally playing at home, June 6th (Friday) and Sunday, June 8th (Sunday) it will be time to make their debut at the new state-of-the-arts Lomas de Zamora Stadium where they will face Japan. Then it will be time to be visiting team facing the same three rivals, in Komaki (Japan), Berlin (Germany) and Mouilleron Le Captif and Paris (France).
