NANJING YOUTH'S OLYMPIC GAMES STARTED FOR ARGENTINA BEACH

Hiruela-Verasio keep dreaming

Nanjing, China, August 18, 2014 - At the opening date of the second edition of the Youth Olympic Games in China, Argentine beach volleyball representatives started with good results and keep dreaming. Santiago Aulisi-Leandro Aveiro at the men's competition won their debut match while Camila Hiruela-Irene Verasio finished a very equal match against one of the best teams of the tournament.

The first ones to step the sand where from Jujuy, Hiruela and from Rosario, Verasio in the preliminary round Pool F facing the Russian Makroguzova-Rudykh with the victory of the European team 2-1 (29-27, 18-21, 15-5).

The men's team Santiago Aulisi-Leandro Aveiro in Pool D started their competition with a victory over the Canadian Richards-MacNeil, also 2-1 (21-13, 19-21, 15-12).
