Buenos Aires, Argentina, August 20, 2014 - In the last edition of the U 16 Metropolitan competition, the premier tournament of the most important Argentine Federation due to the number of age-group teams, there was the presence of representatives of Las Panteras, the Argentine Seniors' Women Team with Yael Castiglione and Sol Piccolo supporting the children.

Previous to the great final girls match with Tortuguitas facing Velez Sarsfield, both teams enjoyed the presence of the light blue - white team players making hundred of photos with them at Club Ciudad venue in the city of Buenos Aires.

Also, in San Fernando, where the boys final B level matches took place, their coach Guillermo Orduna was present handing out the awards for the participating teams together with the FMV President, Vicente Finelli.

Las Panteras will return to double shift training this Thursday on their way to #RomboaItalia (on their way to Italy) working towards the most important 2014 season competition for them, their World Championship, after the best ever performance of Argentina at the historical World Grand Prix that included one weekend in Argentina (Lomas de Zamora) that showed an overcrowded stadium on all three days including other activities like competitions, playing in the open air at the surrounding park and a campaign against Violence. Argentina finished with a record of 4 victories - the three at home and one as visiting team.

Their World Championship will start in Italy, September 23rd, just two days after the Men's in Poland, also with Argentine participation.
