Formosa, Argentina, July 9, 2015 – With the coaches of the four teams participating of the second weekend of the Preliminary Round of the World Grand Prix in the city of Formosa and the presence of the Government Sport Under-Secretary, Mario Romay, was launched at the official press conference the important event that will take place July 10th – 12th at Cincuentenario Stadium when Argentina faces Canada, Poland and the Netherlands.

Prior to the launching of this important event, Las Panteras, the Argentine Seniors’ Women Team and Guillermo Orduna and his coaching team were welcomed at the Government House by Formosa Governor, Gildo Insfran, wishing them good luck in the competition in Argentine land.

At the Press Conference the four coaches, Guillermo Orduna, Giovanni Guidetti, Arnd Ludwig and Jacek Nawrocki shared their thoughts about this event as follows:

Mario Romay (Formosa Government Sport Under-Secretary): “It is for us a great award to host the World Grand Prix as the local government boosts all sport politics. I want to thank Canada, Poland and the Netherlands because they are here to play in Argentina and we hope they are welcomed with a full stadium all along their matches”.

Guillermo Orduna (Argentine Coach): “It is a great pleasure for us to come to Formosa to participate of such important event. We want to thank the great organization and display carried out and I hope that this high level event, with very exciting matches and hard competition fulfils all. During these last years we grew a lot and I believe that we can show our utmost facing very strong rivals”.

Giovanni Guidetti (Netherlands Coach): “We want to make good use of these three matches to be a better team. I am not surprised by the growths of Argentina because I know their coach and training team and I know that they work hard to grow day after day”.

Arnd Ludwig (Canada Coach): “We want to thank Formosa for the warm welcome, it is a lovely place. We are trying to keep our main players along the years and we came here to show our best skills”.

Jacek Nawrocki (Poland Coach:): “We came with our B team to develop new players. We had a good performance at the Baku European Games and we need to keep playing to improve. To win is important for us but our main goal is to find new players that can join our top team”.
