Mar del Plata, Argentina, July 29, 2015 - In the intensive course of the Province Coaching Level I Course held in the resort city of Mar del Plata with a record of 28 participants that approved the final test becoming new volleyball coaches. The instructor of the Argentine Volleyball Federation, Ariel "Paco" Garcia stressed "the great willingness" and said that "in this way strengthens the AMV volleyball in the city and the province."

"Paco" Garcia, who already has been coached for 35 consecutive years, lecturer the course, July 16th - 19th with the presence of students from Mar del Plata, Balcarce, Villa Gesell, Santa Clara del Mar, Lauquen Dam and Sierra de la Ventana, under the organization of the Mar del Plata Volleyball Association and the Sports Mar del Plata (Deportes Mar del Plata).

"There was great predisposition and commitment of all beginners participants. The course aimed to volleyball initiation and child physical education, the reality and the effort required amateurism" expressed Garcia, who joined the coaching staff of the Argentine team that won the Gold Medal at the Pan American Games 1995.

He also added: "With the national coaches we agree that the first course to enter the federal system of coaches, generating passion and enthusiasm must be a 'beginners course'. The AMV through Fabian Altamirano, allowed us to work with everything within reach. In this way, this course strengthens volleyball in the city and the province and gives continuity to what FeVA carries out all over the country with an orderly organization from its president Juan Antonio Gutiérrez to all staff ".

Fabian Altamirano, President of AMV, was present at the closing of the course along with Andrew Maccio, coordinator of Federated Sports of Deportes Mar del Plata. He ended saying: "Garcia carried out an excellent course that has as a result an impressive number of new coaches, who have vocation for volleyball. We appreciate very much the willingness of Once Unidos and the CADS school that facilitated their headquarters to develop the course, amid a tight schedule of competitions we had in the city".
