Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina, November 16, 2015 - While the FeVA-FIVB Argentine Volleyball Regional Development Centre (CDRV) received congratulations from the South American Volleyball Confederation for its first ever course carried out in Brazil for Beach Volleyball Referees, the same keeps working hard towards improving Argentine knowledge and this Sunday closed in the Chubut city the Setting Seminar with the participation of 23 coaches and teachers. This activity is the third organized in three consecutive years by the CDRV in this Patagonian city.

At the opening ceremony were the DCRV Director, Lic. Gabriel Salvia; the FIVB Instructor, Argelio Hernandez and the President of the Chubut Volleyball Federation, Gustavo Rasgido.

This new seminar took place under the training program settled by the CDRV together with the Chubut Volleyball Federation and organized by Ente Comodoro Deportes at the Escuela No. 760 “Guardacostas Rio Iguazu” (former ENET 2).

The course was supported by the local Media that covered the seminar inviting the CDRV Director Salvia to different newspapers and radio interviews.

Argelio Hernandez, FIVB Instructor carried out with this seminar his third course in the city expressing: "It is the third time I visit Comodoro Rivadavia and I feel very comfortable in the city where I made lots of friends. In the year 2013 I lecturer on a teacher's seminar named 'Today's Volleyball'. In the year 2014 the teaching was headed to 'Digging, Service and Libero' and now it is Setting".

For the CDRV it has been a very intensive training period with Mini volleyball Course in Paso de los Toros, Uruguay; International Beach Volleyball Referee Course in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Setting Seminar in Comodoro Rivadavia and next International Coaches Level I Course, November 18th - 20th in Montevideo, Uruguay.

“Every course, lecture or training is a very special moment because the Development Centre is settled in Argentina but fulfilling one of FIVB's main goal, to train all over South America Region with the cooperation of the local federations that will allow the continuous and endless development of the region volleyball. We are very proud of the steps that are taking place on our way to learning and training" mentioned Gabriel Salvia, CDRV Director.
