Four dreams fight for 2016 title

Buenos Aires, Argentina, April 5, 2016 - Time for Semi-Finals at the Argentine Women's A1 League starting this Wednesday evening. In Liniers, Velez will face Villa Dora, undefeated while San Lorenzo, also in Buenos Aires city will face Boca in two matches that promise excitement and lots of action.

In the previous phase Villa Dora and Boca finished on top of their pools and therefore they start the semi-final series at home.

Villa Dora overcame River and San Lorenzo and now will fight for a place at the Final against Velez, that also showed its utmost at Quinquela Martin Stadium in Boca defeated in a tied match by the host team 2-3 and a clue victory, in another tiebreaker over Echague. Villa Dora looks forward to its second consecutive final qualification.

On the other semi-final - Boca that only lost one match in the season against its classical rival, River - will face San Lorenzo, with only two matches lost. As with the A2 men's Semi-Finals and Final Series are to the best of three matches.

Villa Dora, Boca and San Lorenzo participated of last year's semi-final while Velez returns after not participating at the Women's League 2015.
