Jujuy, Argentina, May 31, 2016 - This Monday Las Panteras, the Argentine Seniors' Women Team finished their friendly matches tour overcoming in the revenge match Bulgaria at Palpala Stadium. Their end result was win-loss 2-1 after losing only the first friendly v Bulgaria in Olavarria. Las Panteras defeated Kenya and Bulgaria - their rivals this next weekend at the World Grand Prix in Tucuman and are ready for the first official international competition of a very demanding season that also includes their first historical participation at the Olympic Games Rio de Janeiro 2016.

The second match v Bulgaria was a tied tie breaker that finished 3-2 (23-25, 22-25, 25-20, 25-19, 15-12) showing an important improvement and concentration of the whole team..

On Friday will start the first weekend of the World grand Prix that also includes Dominican Republic in a weekend of round robin among the four teams.

Las Panteras also participated this afternoon at a visit to Escuela Primaria Juanita Stevens where they do not only meet the school children but also students from Colegio El Salvador and Martin Pescador being welcomed as idols. It is their first visit to the province with a very positive result, not only won the two matches played but also taking part of different activities with the people of the province.
