Cochabamba, Bolivia, June 4, 2016 - The beautiful sunny morning saw Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela and Bolivia best Women's 16 players of the Continent playing the final of the South American Beach Volleyball Tour with Venezuela and Uruguay pairs finishing the day undefeated.

The eight countries, divided in two pools of four teams each - round robin - all against all play with the best two teams of each pool qualifying for Semi-Finals this Saturday. The winners will play the final match while the losers will play on Sunday for the third place.

Venezuela, in Pool B, was the best pair of the day with two victories. During the morning Olaya Pazo - Norisbeth Agudo overcame the Colombian sisters Galingo 2-0 and in the afternoon they faced a very hard tie breaker match v the Argentinian Julia Benet - Virginia Zonta.

"We are fine as we prepared ourselves for the Continental Cup and we are very happy because we are very close of qualifying for Semi-finals" expressed Pazo. Argentina and Colombia won and lost one match each.

Brazil leads the South American both gender ranking followed by Venezuela and Paraguay (women's) even though the Brazilian girls finished the day without any victory but nevertheless they will finish on top of the ranking as they won seven stops during the season and no team can reach them.

In Pool A Fabiana Gomez - Andrea Cammarano from Uruguay overcame the local 2-1 and as Paraguay added one victory each while Chile lost both matches.
