Buenos Aires, Argentina, July 27, 2016 - The Argentine Seniors' Men Team will play two friendly matches v the Mexican National Team in San Juan city this weekend at Aldo Cantoni Stadium while Julio Velasco will meet Argentine Media this Wednesday noon at Cenard facilities National Sport Secretariat VIP Room, all prior to their debut at the Olympic Games Rio de Janeiro 2016 next week.

The Albiceleste matches will take part v one of the Olympic Games Rival on Saturday at 20.30 and on Sunday at 21.00 live broadcast by TyC Sports. The Argentine team will travel to San Juan city on Friday, July 29th at noon.

Argentina, coached by Julio Velasco will be part of Pool B facing Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Poland and Russia while Mexico in Pool A will face the host team of Brazil, Canada, France, Italy and USA.

This matches will be the last preparation for the Argentine team that worked hard at Cenard facilties during the last three weeks since the FIVB World League ended in their main goal of this international season. Therefore they are very important as part of last minute adjustments. The same are organized together by the FeVA, the San Juan Volleyball Federation and Proenter.

Argentina will have its debut v Iran on August 7th, followed by playing v Russia on the 9th, Poland on the 11th, Cuba on the 13th and Egypt on the 15 at the Preliminary Round.
