CDRV FIVB: FIRST NATIONAL COACH COURSE IN PARAGUAY

THE CLOSURE

The FIVB Regional Development Center of Argentina closed its first official activity in Paraguay, in the framework of the Level I National Coach Course dictated by the FIVB Instructor Gabriel Salvia. After the activity Paraguay has its first 36 National Coaches over the 41 previously enrolled.

This is a new step that fulfills the mission of the CDRV FIVB, to train all those who seek the development path, as in this case of the Paraguayan Volleyball Federation.

THE BEGGINING

The FIVB Regional Development Center of Argentina began its first official activity in Paraguay: the Level I National Coaches Course with a successful call. The designated FIVB instructor is Gabriel Salvia, also Director of the FIVB CDRV.

More than 40 participants started the training work, a record for that country. The program will be developed until next Saturday, 5th with practical and theoretical exams.

PRIOR TO THE EVENT

The FIVB Regional Development Center of Argentina will hold its first activity in Paraguay in August, within the framework of its main objective of developing all areas of volleyball in the region. From August 2 to 5th at the headquarters of the Paraguayan Volleyball Federation in Asuncion, the 1st National Coach Course will be held.

The FIVB Instructor in charge will be Mr. Gabriel Salvia, also Director of the Center. Salvia already taught a course in Paraguay, but will be the first time for the CDRV.

FPV President Bruno Zubizarreta said: 'It is very important for us to have this help from the CDRV so that volleyball, which is growing a lot in our country, can have new coaches and more updates, accompanying with school projects to have more presence of the Federation in schools. A lot of people has interest on it so I hope we can do more courses. We're working together with FeVA and Juan Antonio Gutierrez, its President, with whom we are very grateful. Of course, also with Gabriel Salvia and the CDRV that allow us to do this event.'

The CRDV FIVB has already carried out activities in Uruguay and Bolivia, and for the first time will arrive with their training activities to Paraguay with the FPV presided by Bruno Zubizarreta, with the idea of ​​opening a new knowledge scene in the country's volleyball, which counts with its own headquarters and an international high-level training center.
